Creative Director
Ahnika has spent years on both sides of the industry, as a brand building an audience and as the strategist behind other brands doing the same. Her client work spans a wider range of industries that most creatives don’t cross: from technical worlds like sustainable forestry initiatives, trade associations, and architecture firms, to fast-moving, culture-driven spaces like start-ups, fashion brands, outdoor adventure companies, and hospitality.
On the creator side, she’s developed and executed campaigns in the brand voice of names like Adidas, Ford, The North Face, Garmin, Vail Resorts, and Airbnb, building an audience of 100k+ in the process. In her free time, you can usually find her exploring somewhere in the woods or on the summit of a mountain, which, honestly, is where most of her best ideas come from anyway.
Head of Operations
Kyle has spent his career in sales and business development, with a consistent focus on people. From independent craft breweries and top producers across BC to global brands like Pepsi, the work has always been about building strong relationships and understanding what people are actually looking for. Along the way, he’s developed a clear view of how businesses operate from the inside out. That perspective is what he brings to operations today: a focus on care, consistency, and setting clear goals rooted in a strong understanding of people.
With a background in competitive hockey, that mindset still shows up in how he operates. Team-oriented, dependable, and motivated by seeing ideas come to life — from early conversations through to the final details, alongside people who care about what they’re building.
Content Strategist
Megan is a visual creative working across video and visuals, turning ideas into content people actually want to watch and engage with. With a background in film and TV, she studied at British Columbia Institute of Technology, where she developed a blend of technical skills and a strong creative eye. Her work is all about keeping things polished but human. Creating content that sparks real connection and helps brands and stories come across in an authentic, engaging way.
Chief Morale Officer
Don’t let her resting-sad-face fool you. Hera joined the team on day one and has yet to miss a meeting. Equal parts loyal and immovable, she takes her post seriously (usually from her twin-mattress-sized dog bed). English Mastiff. Professional napper. Excellent listener. Enthusiastic drooler. The snoring is non-negotiable, but so is having her around.
